Privacy policy
As required by local and federal laws, the UBIS maintains records relating to students for various academic purposes. Information as defined by UBIS (which includes name, dates of attendance, enrollment status, awards, honors, and degrees conferred) may not be released without the enrolled student’s written permission. UBIS will not disclose any information from a student’s educational record, except to personnel within the institution, without the written consent of the student. Students who need to discuss their academic status in regard to compliance with UBIS's academic requirements, or who want to discuss a grievance or any other concerns relating to academic issues can reach out to confidential@ubisglobal.com .
