UBIS receives HELC licensure in Washington, DC
The District of Columbia Higher Education Licensure Commission approved UBIS licensure on October 6, 2022.
Licensure and accreditation
HELC is the District of Columbia's higher education licensing authority. Its approval concerns licensure, not institutional accreditation.
UBIS business programs hold programmatic accreditation through IACBE. CHEA recognizes IACBE as an accrediting organization; CHEA does not institutionally accredit UBIS.
