Kalani Rice

Professor Kalani Rice is an experienced educator and business professional with over 20 years of industry expertise. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, she relocated to Phoenix to pursue her education and has remained in the greater Phoenix area ever since. Professor Rice holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Everest University and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Family Resources and Human Development from Arizona State University.

Currently, Professor Rice serves as a Program Manager at her alma mater, Arizona State University, where she oversees operations and program implementation for large-scale projects. Her previous roles include Assistant Vice President of Academic Policy at Zenith Education and Divisional Director of Operations at Everest College Phoenix. Across her career, she has demonstrated a passion for leading educational initiatives and improving student experiences.

Professor Rice enjoys bringing her real-world knowledge into the classroom to enrich the learning environment for her students. Outside of work, she loves strength training classes, hiking, reading, watching movies, and spending quality time outdoors with her husband, sons, and daughter.
